The hotel is family-run, and its warm atmosphere made our stay truly memorable. With 5 teenagers and 2 children in tow, we found the pool to be a fantastic place to unwind after exploring Gjirokastra's historical charm. The breakfast offerings were delightful, featuring amazing homemade meals.
My wife says that navigating the narrow streets was a little tricky for our family.

i can't recommend hotel gjirokastra enough! the location is perfect, just moments away from the castle and the charming old town shops. my room was spotlessly clean, and the warm welcome from the lady who runs the hotel with cold drinks was a lovely touch. breakfast was delightful, especially the homemade pancakes and local treats.
